Double or Triple Glazing – Double glazed skylights are ideal for most applications but if you would like to ensure the best performance possible in terms of thermal insulation and noise isolation, you can specify triple-glazed units instead.

Clear, Blue, Grey, Opaque or Solar Control Finish – For maximum light penetration, clear glazing is the preferred option. However, if you would like to moderate the amount of daylight that illuminates the interior of your property after your new skylights have been installed, you may prefer a tinted finish. Opaque finishes offer complete privacy if nearby buildings overlook yours and a solar control finish will help to ensure you get plenty of light but not too much heat.
