What is the delivery time?

The standard lead time for delivery is 2–3 working weeks. Within 48 working hours of order confirmation, you will receive a scheduled delivery week to assist with project planning. A confirmed delivery date will be provided during the week leading up to your scheduled delivery window. Whether the door is supplied assembled or in kit form, the glass will be delivered alongside the door but will not be pre-installed in the sashes. The glass must be fitted after the door is installed.

Does this comply with new-build requirements?

Each project has unique specifications. For new builds, laminated glass is typically required to comply with Document "L." Additionally, trickle vents may be necessary for your project. We recommend verifying these requirements before making a purchase.
