COXDOME Lumiglaze Flat Glass Manual Opening Rooflightss for flat roofs are manufactured to the highest standard with a double-glazed unit, aluminium frame and a 160mm PVC-u upstand. The upstand is thermally broken which ensures a strong thermal performance and provides resilience to condensation formation. While the powder coated aluminium frame provides an unrivalled aesthetic and finish that is leading the way in terms of quality and price.
The COXDOME Flat Glass Rooflight range allows you to enjoy natural daylight with clear panoramic views. The rooflight has a clean modern design that looks great. A toughened outer glass pane has a ceramic edge coating giving a stylish finish with safety inner laminated glass. This product range is supplied complete with a 160 mm high vertical insulated PVC upstand made to suit a new or existing roof opening.
The slim aluminium frame has an internal thermal break which makes the rooflight energy efficient, while also reducing the risk of condensation. The skylight comes complete with concealed fixing screws installed beneath a flush cover for the best finish.

The table below shows the glass size ordered and the opening size that needs to be made on site. For example, if you order a 750mm X 750mm from the website you would need to make your structural opening 600mm x 600mm. The overall rooflight size would be 750x750mm and the daylight size would be 600x600mm due to the vertical upstand supplied. The structural opening size would be 150mm smaller compared to the rooflight size you order.
