The Frameless Glass Juliet Balcony Kits offer an incredibly adaptable Juliet balcony solution, ensuring unobstructed views. With vertical glass profiles, the view remains undisturbed. The aluminium profiles allow for mounting in three versatile configurations: on the facade, within reveals, or onto the window frame.

Frameless Juliet Balcony Purpose?
Because Juliet balconies are not designed for sitting or walking, they serve primarily as aesthetic enhancements, creating captivating visual effects when viewed from inside or outside a property. Internally, they illuminate rooms, enhancing the ambiance and maximizing space utilization. Externally, they mimic the appearance of traditional balconies, adding to the property's charm and visual appeal.

The Glass Frameless Juliet Balcony can be fixed into:
Concrete, brickwork or stone
Window or Door frames – Aluminium, Plastic and Wooden Frames
Fixing onto the façade, onto the window frames or between the reveals:
When fixing Onto Window Frame or Between Reveals
The first step is to measure your structural opening, which is 2000mm in the example diagram below:
If your structural opening measures 2000mm, you will need to order size 2000mm X 1100mm from the drop down menu.
When fixing Onto Facade:
The first step is to measure your structural opening which is 2000mm in the example below:
When fixing directly onto the façade you will need to select a size which allows for clearance of 100mm on each side of your opening.
You will need to select size 2200mm X 1100mm (100mm bigger on each side of your opening) as per example image below
Please see fixing screw details required for fixing into your preferred substrate -
As per the fitting guidelines, you will require a fixing screw to be affixed into each hole on the Juliet balcony aluminium profiles. Fixings screws not supplied.
Glass sizes will be manufactured to suit the system size selected.

Glass thickness and gasket required:
Our Frameless Glass Juliet Balconies are offered with both 17.5mm toughened laminated glass and 21.5mm toughened laminated glass depending on the length of your reveal / structural opening.
For 21.5mm Thickness please use the thinner gasket (Red and Black colour)
For 17.5mm Thickness please use the thicker gasket (White and Black colour)

FAQs
-Standard sizes can be produced and dispatched within 7-14 working days in the London/M25 and surrounding region. However, delivery for this product is restricted to certain parts of the UK. Lead times may be slightly longer in other areas. During delivery, labour will be required on-site to unload from the vehicle, as the driver arrives alone and is not insured for indoor offloading. Third-party transport services only operate on specific days of the week in each area, with advanced notice provided for delivery dates and a time slot between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. It is advisable not to arrange equipment and installation until the item has been delivered. The side profiles will be delivered separately, with the glass arriving at a later date.
