Designed to meet the needs of buyers seeking to maximize views through their door solution, the Cortizo 4700 has become a top choice in the UK market. It offers affordability, reliability, versatile configuration options, and, importantly, ease of installation.
With a slim central interlock and sleek frame, the door delivers minimal sightlines and a contemporary, refined aesthetic. Korniche engineers have further elevated the original 4700 design by introducing key performance enhancements, making it an even more attractive and functional option.
The primary measurement to consider is the exact size of your structural opening.
For an optimal fit, the opening should be 5mm larger on all sides than the size of the sliding door you’re ordering.
For instance, if your door measures 2100mm (h) by 4000mm (w), your structural opening should be 2110mm (h) by 4010mm (w) to ensure a seamless installation.
This small allowance ensures the doors can be installed smoothly and securely.
Each project may have specific requirements. For new builds, laminated glass is typically required to meet the standards of Document "L." Additionally, trickle vents might be necessary for your project. We recommend verifying these details before placing your order, as all products are custom-made, and sizes or specifications cannot be altered once manufacturing begins.

Trickle vents
- Option for 1 or 2 vents available online. (3 vents available upon request – priced on application.)

- If trickle vents are selected then a head extender must be fitted to door. Default extender is 16mm but 38mm is also available
Extenders
- You can select to add 1 no. extender to either top or sides of the door in either 16mm or 38mm. If vents are selected an extender is supplied. If extenders are required without vents please get in touch for a custom quote.
Cills
- 180mm cill for 2 track door (60mm projection)
- 250mm cill for 3 track door (60mm projection)
Note - You can choose face drained or concealed drainage when cill is added. Face drain is the only option with no Cill.
Hardware Colours
- Shoot bolt handles offered in White, Grey, Black Chrome and Brushed
- Finger Pull handles offered in White, Grey, Black and Chrome.

-How long is the warranty on the Cortizo doors?
The Cortizo 4700 Sliding Doors come with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, providing customers with complete peace of mind and confidence in their long-term quality and reliability.
How long is the delivery time?
The lead time for delivery is 2–3 working weeks. Within 48 working hours of order confirmation, you will receive a scheduled delivery week to help you plan your project efficiently. A confirmed delivery date will be provided during the week prior to your scheduled delivery window. Whether the door is assembled or in kit form, the glass will still be delivered with the door but not in the sash’s, it will need to be installed, once the door is fitted.
My property is a new build so does this comply?
We advise each project has its own specifications. If this is a new build, then laminate glass is required to comply with document “L”. There may also be a requirement for trickle vents to be incorporated into your project. We advise checking this before purchase.
Lead time for this product is 2 to 3 working weeks. Please note labour would need to be on site to accept and off load the glass from the vehicle.
An initial week commencing delivery date is provided as production commences immediately to ensure efficient lead time. As the delivery week approaches a further confirmation message will follow advising of the booked delivery days itself for that week. WE STRONGLY ADVISE NOT CHANGING DELIVERY DATES AS THESE ARRIVE VIA THIRD PARTY TRANSPORT. PLEASE ALSO BE ADVISED AS THESE MADE TO ORDER CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED AS PRODUCTION LOG MEANS PRODUCTION COMMENCES.
We do not recommend arranging equipment and installation until the item has been delivered.
